We know you will love your Display – At Super Displays we Guarantee it.  For all our Standard Designs sold, you have a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with your Display Case or Cabinet, notify us within 7 Days of receipt and we will refund the price of the cabinet upon receipt of display back to us.  Refund does NOT include shipping expenses. 

For Customized Cabinets we Guarantee Craftsmanship and Design of the Display.  If the cabinet does not meet design specifications that we agreed upon before purchase or it does not work – we will refund price of cabinet less shipping expenses.

All cabinets are shipped via Fed Ex and each cabinet is insured for purchase price.  If your cabinet is damaged during shipment, you will get a new cabinet or a refund to include the shipping expenses.  All costs are covered if damaged.  Please note that if a cabinet is Damaged during shipment, keep all packaging material and notify us immediately.  We will make arrangements to have the Display picked up.

Customize It and Design Your Own Display Agreements and Invoices:  For all Customize It Options and Design Your Own Displays all designs and modifications must be fully agreed upon.  We will work with you on all the details before we forward an Invoice for Payment.

Diecast Cars, Trains, Balls, Dolls, Photos, and all other items used in Product Photos are NOT included in purchases.

Purchasing Information
For all Standard Display Cases and Cabinets:
There are two ways of purchasing.

(1)  Online Store Link.  Under each standard display there is a direct link to purchase the item in our eBay Store.  You can find those links under the photo of the display you are looking at.  When you click on that link, you will be redirected to that specific item in our store.  There you can complete the purchase on eBay.

(2)  Pay Pal Invoicing.  This is a very simple and likely easier option for those who haven't purchased items from eBay in the past.  Just email or call us with the item you would like to purchase and we create an invoice using the Pay Pal Payment Processing System and send it to you via email.  Once you have received it, you can use a debit or credit card, or send check or money order for payment.  You receive an invoice describing the items you are purchasing, shipping charges, along with all the other normal information on invoices (our address, phone number, etc).

For Custom Orders:
All custom orders are purchased using the Pay Pal Invoicing Process #2 above.  This allows for us to provide you with a detailed invoice describing the display we are building for you.
